Meet Jennifer, our Sr. Account Supervisor!

What is your favorite part of your role?

I love that I get to work with so many different clients who are passionate about helping others every day. I also love our Armada team – we are more like family than co-workers and our dedication to the job and each other shines through our work.

If you could describe your work in one word, what would it be, and why?

Meaningful. I love marketing, but I always struggled with the idea of marketing something meaningless. I need purpose in my work. It’s the reason I love my job (it’s why I’ve been with Armada more than 20 years) and I’m passionate about what we do. In a small way, I get to help people through the important work that our clients are doing.

What is a fun fact about yourself?

I love gardening and reading on the patio really early in the morning with a cup of black coffee where a view of the Rocky Mountains never gets old.

What do you like to do outside of work?

My family brings me so much joy, especially when we get to travel – any time I get to be with them is a bonus. You’ll often find me at the baseball field as my son’s #1 fan! Or with my daughter, the pastry chef, delighting in baking with her or sampling her creations. My husband, the musician and music teacher and I enjoy the arts together.

What is your most memorable or funny moment during your time at Armada?

In my early years when my children were small I sometimes worked from home before it was more mainstream. Many can relate to the challenge of work/life balance and while on a client call, I didn’t mute the call properly while helping my kiddo potty train and in the middle of the call, the toilet flushed and there was dead silence on the other end. I knew right away the mute function had failed me. Thankfully, we all laughed about it, but boy was I mortified 😊
