With a nationwide network of dialysis clinics and a unique approach to employee empowerment, Renal Ventures has achieved the industry’s highest patient outcomes, as well as employee satisfaction/ retention rates. This is due in large part to a series of ongoing programs that are designed to educate and reward employees, and provide them with the tools they need to help patients understand how to live a better quality of life on dialysis.
